Summertime is here again and here to stay ... On my new mesh yacht from P&W designs  that gives room for 28 passengers, with over the 300 animations and only 337 prims. And the good news is that its driveable ! This yacht was seen in the 'Going to the Beach" Show organised by AIM agency. video here

I woke up this morning and was thinking about my loved one and how i could surprise her. Listening to Calvin Harris. This outfit was just perfect when you wake up in the morning and are ready to serve breakfast for your loved ones. These pants are controlable with a hud, so the texture of the pants, the belt and the boxer can be changed. The plaid shirt from Flow is just released in the men's department so hurry up to get it before the month is passed .
